HOW DO WE DO IT?

We have a unique and effective canine training system, Moore's Magic Touch™, that can change a dog's behavior patterns totally, completely, and forever.

When we return your dog to you, he is living, breathing, canine perfection. Your dog will be the dog of your dreams; your dog of the "heart." 

We then show you how to maintain this perfection at your home, forever. We show you how to imbed the new habits that we have installed in your dog into your day-to-day life, so that you can maintain the without any extra thought or effort on your part. If you live with your dog as we will demonstrate to you during the "turn-over" it is highly unlikely that your dog's new habits will ever deteriorate.

We guarantee that all of the training behaviors and issues that were outlined and agreed to in the ordinal "Doggie Boot Camp" contract will be fulfilled.

WHAT IS THE "E-SUPPORT SYSTEM?"

For our "Doggie Boot Camp" clients, electronic training support via the phone or email is free for you, as long as you own the dog.    Please contact us at your convenience, at no charge to you, and we can easily repair any training flaw that may appear, either over the phone or via e-mail.

NOTE:  This service does not remain in effect if the dog is transferred to new owners.

WHAT IF I STILL HAVE A PROBLEM AFTER USING THE "E-SUPPORT SYSTEM?"

In the extremely rare event that that you are not satisfied with your dog's behavior, even after accessing our

"E-Support System", we will book a free appointment for you and your dog at our facility so that we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently and "at no charge to you."

If you can't come to us, we will come to you, although a travel charge of $50.00 each way, will be charged to you to cover our transportation costs.

As of this date, 4/1/2004, we have NEVER had a client use this option.

AND WHAT IF I "STILL" HAVE A PROBLEM?

In our free in-person appointment does not resolve the issue, simple bring your dog back to our facility and we will work with your dog until we have corrected the problem behavior.

You will not be charged for training charges, but if your dog must spend time in our home-style kennel, our normal boarding fee of $50.00 per night will apply.

If you do not have time to drop off or pick up your dog, we will transport your dog for you and in this case a transportation fee of $50.00 each way will apply.
