Dogs for adoption at Cove Animal Rescue on June 18th

In this week’s Paws & Pals, Cove Animal Rescue presented four dogs looking for their “forever” home.

Zack is 4 to 5 years old. This Stratford Terrier is looking for an experienced, dog-savvy home where he can overcome his insecurities and inhibitions. Zack is not doing well on his own, he suffers from separation anxiety in his kennel. When Zack is out of the kennel and spending time with his people at the shelter, he is in top form. Zack loves to play fetch and once he’s trained he loves to hang around and rub his stomach.

Calvin hasn’t had a good start in life, but the shelter wants to make sure he gets the happy ending he deserves. As soon as you go to see Calvin, he’ll make the cutest piggy noises to get attention. He just wants to be loved. Calvin is a 6-year-old mixed breed who is up to date with all his recordings and is looking for his “forever” home. Calvin needs an experienced, dog-friendly home with no children or other pets.

Titus is a 4- to 5-year-old mix of Hound and American Bull Dog. Titus loves long walks and abdominal rubbing. He may be shy at first, but once he has confidence he opens up to a pulp. Titus grew up in a home with children and can be very gentle, but he is afraid of other dogs.

Hooch is a 3 year old Stafford Terrier who is up to date and neutered with all of his shots. Hooch loves everyone, especially when they have treats, but can be shy of other dogs. Hooch is still in the puppy phase and is working with trainers on the basic commands.
