Mama pretends to be dead and, amazingly, her dogs come to the rescue

TikTok is full of weird and wonderful videos, and the latest to go viral features a lady and her protective pooches.

Sasha Poldmaa can be seen playing dead in the middle of a field when she wanted her pets to react. She captured her adorable reaction on camera and the video has now been viewed over 8 million times on TikTok.

In the video, @sashapolmaa decided to pretend to be dead to see how their three border collies would react to their unexpected fall.

She shared the clip with TikTok, entitled, “Wonder what would you do if I played dead at work?”

It shows the mother of four standing in a field surrounded by cattle before suddenly falling to the ground. Their guard dogs stand firmly around them to fend off the other animals to ensure their safety.

It’s no surprise that the dogs reacted so quickly when they saw their owner in distress. According to Newsweek, Border Collies are one of the smartest and hardest working breeds and were even awarded first place by Purina.

Purina said, “Their intelligence, enthusiasm, and willingness to work have led them to take the top spot in canine psychologist Stanley Coren’s intelligence rankings, so they deserve their place at the top of a list of the most intelligent dog breeds.”
