Pay what you can dog and cat sterilizations offered by the Animal Rescue League

September 23 – Berks County’s Animal Rescue League in Cumru Township offers neutering and neutering surgeries for a fee for up to 100 dogs and their own cats.

The ARL offers a separate program called Operation CatSnip for wild or community cats in which the cats are captured and brought to the ARL by those who register for the service, then sterilized, vaccinated, microchipped, earplugged and placed in the Be returned to the area in which they were trapped.
