Sweet addiction?

I’m addicted to cat and dog videos. Even though I try to keep it down to half an hour a day, I find myself coming back to it. How can I get rid of this habit?

Phone / computer addiction has always been a problem, but these addictions have taken on new lives in the past 18 months. Research ways to break the cycle and wean yourself off your devices.
