Sweet addiction?

I’m addicted to cat and dog videos. Even though I try to keep it down to half an hour a day, I find myself coming back to it. How can I get rid of this habit?

Phone / computer addiction has always been a problem, but these addictions have taken on new lives in the past 18 months. Research ways to break the cycle and wean yourself off your devices. One simple tactic is to enable grayscale on your phone. Our devices are a lot less inviting when they’re in black and white. Also, limit your screen time, don’t take your phone from room to room, and find other rewarding ways to keep yourself occupied when you feel the itchy sensation of enjoying too much.
